<aside> 💡 *Hello! This is a template of a team availability system. You'll find the instructions in the callout in every section. Feel free to delete the callout when you are familiar with the system. - Walter Teng

To get started:

  1. Onboard your team members in the team members page
  2. Add sub teams in your teams if applicable
  3. Add leaves using the leave entry page under its corresponding section
  4. Need a quick access view of the calendar? Click on the leave calendar for the high level view

Restriction:

  1. the Absence Period options should not be manipulated. Otherwise, the formulas will be off.
  2. Date Range should not be used. Currently, Notion only filter date range field by its start date, if it is past the start date but still within the range of filter, it will not display correctly. Example: see the 3 records with ****
